The software originally developed by Kanjoya, succeeds to identify up to 80 different emotions. The ability of recognition comes from the experience Kanjoya had with a website where anonymous users have shared more than 19 million personal experiences.
Crane is not a closed software, it is able to be driven by an administrator to be "aware" of the specific language used in a company. Crane was experienced with many clients in the first months of the year, in order to provide feedback for system optimization before release.
The company announced that the next version of the system that detects emotions will be able to send an alert if certain emotions rise or fall sharply.
