Naspers group will take 70% stake eMAG. Two of the current shareholders will retain their shares, Iulian Stanciu restectiv will keep 21.6%, and Radu Apostolescu, 8.4%. Iulian Stanciu and management will ensure the company as CEO eMAG, while Radu Apostolescu will serve as director of development. After this transaction, eMAG will expand on the main markets in Eastern Europe, the first step is done by entering in Bulgaria this year, followed in short time to start new operations in other major markets in the region.
