Frankenstein virus is the result of U.S. military research clearly intending to use this code in future cyber wars, says Gizmodo. Frankenstein is a virus that changes its "face" every time they infect a computer.
Developed by two professors at the University of Texas, Frankenstein virus is essentially a compiler that includes guidance on the algorithms you need to assemble them. Once functional, the virus begins to search the computer software that the infected code they need, usually stealing small fragments, called gadgets.
Until now, researchers have only Frankenstein used to create two simple algorithms that demonstrate how the virus works. However, experts believe that Frankenstein can assemble any program, including malicious software.
